How to Keep Your Vision Healthy for Longer

If you’re like many of us, you may have noticed that your vision has been deteriorating over time, but don’t worry – it doesn’t have to stay that way! Here are some simple tips that you can take on-board to keep your sight in tip-top condition for longer.

  1. Wear Sunglasses Regularly

Wearing designer sunglasses is a great way to protect your eyes from the sun’s harsh UV rays and keep your vision healthy for longer. Make sure to choose a pair of glasses with UV protection and ensure they fit comfortably against your face. Wearing sunglasses with 100% UVA/UVB protection is key for protecting your eyes from harmful UV rays, which can lead to cataracts and other age-related eye diseases later in life. Designer sunglasses may cost a bit more than off-brand options, but they tend to offer better protection against damaging UV rays while still looking stylish!

  • Eat Foods Rich in Vitamin A
